I have read the terms and conditions contained in the Outline Of Events For A 21st Equity Syndicated Factory Establishment and herewith lodge my formal Expression Of Interest to reserve one of the available 30 Factory Owner opportunities at a cost of €250,000 (Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Euros).  
 
I confirm that this is not a formal agreement but an Expression Of Interest and that I am not liable for any payments to 21st Equitys licensee and real estate attorneys at this stage.  
 
I further confirm that I understand that this is a global factory syndication program and that I will be a licensee and co-partner and owner in a 21st Equity Mega Factory Manufacturing Plant and that I will co-own not only the assets but also participate in operating profits from sales generated.  
 
The approval of such expression of interest is at the sole discretion of 21st Equity CEO, and I will be notified of such decision by 21st Equity within 7 days of submission of this Expression Of Interest by myself.
