21st Equity offers structured financing
for homeowners whereby the homeowner obtains a 70% 1st mortgage
from a local bank and 21st Equity provides a 2nd mortgage
for 30% of the purchase price - however, 21st Equity only
requires payments to commence 2 years after purchase and the
30% 2nd mortgage is INTEREST FREE
for 10 years and payable in equal monthly installments over
8 years (2 years no repayments and 8 years to pay 2nd mortgage
interest free).

Equity Capital Solutions: Clients Please Note:
Various requests are received
from clients requiring financing services and/or advice on
structured finance, business advisory services, development
and other capital solution services. Unfortunately, such assessments
cannot be undertaken by 21st Equity at no cost. Just as
the services of business consultants, auditors, accountants,
attorneys, trustees, consulting engineers, architects and
the like would attract hourly and/or daily rates in respect
of consulting fees, 21st Equity is no different.
Our time, expertise and our
Intellectual Property (IP) is very valuable. Therefore, should
clients require our capital solution services such could be
rendered and charged at our standard tariffs of $300 per hour
or $3,000 per day. Our tariffs listed are as a guide only
as locations differ vastly. For information purposes, capital
solution services, could be further defined as assisting
clients with items which are not standard as per those offerings
on our website.
For example, we provide turnkey
project developments including 100% project financing for
land owners or Government Departments as well as turnkey factory
establishments. However, should clients require assistance
with initial feasibilitys at the infancy of a project, project
viability, marketing, negotiations with property owners,
assistance with funding or development planning etc. this
would require assistance which goes beyond a mere factory
establishment or turnkey development in respect of zoned land
ready to build.

Our CEO and our Senior Partners
have extensive knowledge in real estate investments, trust
and REIT management and project developments. We have on board
Senior Executives who have been Vice Presidents of several
major property development companies and are currently managing
directors of a multinational conglomerate (REIT) with two
hundred million US Dollars of assets under management. Our
Executives hold both MBAs in Economics and PhDs in management
and have completed advanced courses and seminars in real estate
and strategic negotiation at Harvard Business School. Our
expertise goes further into stock exchange-listed property
funds and 21st Equity has formulated various new business
models on which to build a multi-billion dollar real estate

team of executive experts, we charge a minimum of $300 per
hour or a daily retainer of $3,000 per person plus travel
expenses (business class round trip tickets) and accommodations
being paid in advance. Our minimum assignment is for 3 days
including flight time to and from your location.
