A team of professionals is assigned to each specific project, but that is not where the expertise ends. Senior partners and the President and CEO are personally allocated as resources to each project. For example, in a real estate or development project, the team may consist of an architect, surveyor, and consulting engineer. We make this specialized expertise available to assist our client base in investment fund and business growth formulation, real estate development, joint venture opportunities, community developments, global cement supply chains, investment guidance, and stock exchange listings both within the United States and abroad.

Our CEO and senior partners are leading experts with extensive knowledge in real estate investments, trust and REIT management, and project development.  We have on board Senior Executives who have been Vice Presidents of several major property development companies and are currently managing directors of a multinational conglomerate (REIT) with more than $200 million US in assets under their management. Our Executives hold both MBAs in Economics and PhDs in management and have completed advanced courses and seminars in real estate and strategic negotiation at Harvard Business School. Our expertise goes further into stock exchange-listed property funds and we have formulated various new business models on which to build a multi-billion dollar real estate company in the today’s challenging financial climate.

How much does it cost?

We often receive requests from companies asking for advice or input on business development. Unfortunately, such assessments cannot be undertaken at no cost. Just the services of business consultants, auditors, accountants, legal professionals, trustees, consulting engineers, architects and other professionals would attract hourly and/or daily rates. In that respect, we are no different.

Our time, expertise, and intellectual property is very valuable. Clients engaging our consulting services pay our standard rates of $300 per hour or $3,000 per day plus travel expenses (business class round trip tickets) and 5 Star hotel accommodations being paid in advance. Our minimum assignment is for 4 days including flight time to and from your location. These rates serve only as a guide and may vary depending on scope of work and location.  Consulting services should be defined as assisting clients with items which are not standard as per those offerings on our website.

For example, we provide turnkey factory establishments and developments. However, should clients require assistance with initial feasibility studies, project viability, marketing, negotiations with property owners, assistance with funding, or development planning, this would require assistance that goes beyond a mere factory establishment or turnkey development in respect of zoned land ready to build.
