Note:
Various
requests are received from clients requiring
advice, business advisory services, development
and other consulting services. Unfortunately,
such assessments cannot be undertaken by
21st Equity at no cost. Just as the services
of business consultants, auditors, accountants,
attorneys, trustees, consulting engineers,
architects and the like would attract hourly
and/or daily rates in respect of consulting
fees, 21st Equity is no different.
Our
time, expertise and IP is very valuable.
Therefore, should clients require our consulting
services such could be rendered and charged
at our standard tariffs of $300 per hour
or $3,000 per day. Our tariffs listed are
as a guide only as locations differ vastly.
For information purposes, consulting services,
could be further defined as assisting clients
with items which are not standard as per
those offerings on our website.
For
example, we provide turnkey factory establishments
and developments. However, should clients
require assistance with initial feasibilitys
at the infancy of a project, project viability,
marketing, negotiations with property owners,
assistance with funding or development planning
etc. this would require assistance which
goes beyond a mere factory establishment
or turnkey development in respect of zoned
land ready to build.

managing directors of a multinational conglomerate
(REIT) with two hundred million US Dollars
of assets under management. Our Executives
hold both MBAs in Economics and PhDs in
management and have completed advanced courses
and seminars in real estate and strategic
negotiation at Harvard Business School.
