21st EQUITY HOMES - E-PANEL FACTORY PRODUCTION LINES

 

21st Equity Homes Manufacturing offers to create partnerships that will become licensed E-Panel manufacturers. The factories are very profitable and offer phenomenal investment returns. Participation in the daily operations is preferred but not required.

E-Panel walls are highly versatile and fast to install, requiring just two regular construction workers to install up to 6 m2 of per hour. The walls are also highly efficient to produce - translating into enhanced profitability for producers and builders alike.

E-Panel walls are non-load bearing hollow core walls that offer superior properties for a whole range of uses. The walls are usually made of light weight aggregate concrete and non-reinforced, and it is possible to include safety wires if needed.

Since their introduction in the early 1990s, E-Panel walls have proven themselves in countries with the strictest standards and requirements on seismic, moisture and fire resistance as well as sound insulation. The walls are very efficient to make and install.

Exceptional versatility:

In addition to providing excellent moisture, sound and fire resistance, E-Panel walls are also light, economical, safe, and fully recyclable. A further benefit is that the wall hollows work as natural conduits for electrical wires, plumbing and other services, making up a truly versatile material for:

  • bathrooms
  • kitchens
  • bedrooms
  • partition walls
  • dividing walls
  • houses, offices, hotels
  • factory walls, boundary walls, fences

Plant Specifications:

The 21st Equity line for E-Panel walls is highly compact and simple to run and maintain, requiring only 900 m2 of factory space. Each line, based on a stationary extruder, is constructed of standard components utilizing the latest automation and technology. Key specifications include:

  • factory space 900 m2
  • only 2-4 operators needed
  • capacity 80 m2/h
  • only 0.5 h to change product thickness
  • concrete mix can vary

E-Panels for a range of dimensions:

  • width 300 or 600 mm
  • length 2000-3300 mm
  • thickness 68-140 mm.

The E-Panel factory line has a minimum production of 13,772 sq. ft. (1, 280 sq. mt) per day. A plant can be operated on 2 shifts per day allowing for production of 640 square meter (6,888 square feet) per shift. This equates up to 7,680 square meter (82,636 sq. ft.) per 6 days week or up to 353,280 square meter (3,801,292 sq. ft.) per year on 46 week working year. 353,280 sq. mt. of panels can be used in around 9,500 houses of 36 sq. mt. (Our Villa in a Box design).

Wall Panels Plants can be designed to produce any amount of panels, which is based on how much factory space you have available. The leasing of a warehouse is recommend for startup operations to keep the costs low. We recommend that you expand into your own factory building and purchase your own land when your business permits to do so. For a production of 711 panels per day = 1,280 sq. mt. you only need around 900 square meter of factory space incl. storage facilities.

Capabilities

This compact Wall Panel production line will produce a very high output while occupying minimal floor space. With 21st Equitys streamlined, fully integrated process and fast cycle times, this machine can produce 80 sq. mt. of panel per hour with only 2 to 4 operators.

CIRCULATING LINES: Circulating molds worker-friendly

Previously, wall elements were cast with fixed molds, which were left to dry when filled. As the workers moved on to the next mold, they carried their tools and equipment with them. Nowadays, the new line functions according to its name: it literally circulates. Workers no longer need to run between molds - they stand in one place somewhere along the line as the mold moves around from worker to worker. The casting system advances above the line and distributes just the right amount of concrete into the molds, minimizing waste. The quality of the element is greatly improved due to the even spread of concrete on the reinforcement.

Double or triple your productivity

The most valuable benefits of the wall production line are definitely the increase in efficiency and capacity: production can be boosted almost threefold, as previously fixed molds needed to dry before the next batch was started, and now licensees can circulate about 20 molds in 24 hours in a space of roughly 1000 m2 and work in 2-3 shifts, if necessary. This gives our license partners the confidence that their facilities can be run on almost maximum efficiency and return the capital they have invested within a very short period.

Tilting Tables

Tilting tables refer to the type of process in which stationary precast molds are horizontally mounted on the floor and then, after casting and curing, hydraulically or mechanically tilted vertically up about 80 degrees for stripping.

Description:

Tilting tables are used to make many different solid elements such as bearing and nonbearing internal and external walls, boundary walls and special elements. The extremely high mold quality and accuracy of tilting table systems ensures perfect end products while allowing for lots of variation in size and shape. Substantial output is also possible in certain cases.

  • Suitable even for manufacture of single elements.


DELIVERY TIME OF E-PANEL HOME MANUFACTURING PLANTS:

The manufacturing plants can be delivered and commissioned 3-4 months from placement of order. The timing will depend on the location of your factory building, size of plant and shipping time. Training and full backup support is included in the technology transfer fee. On placement of order for a manufacturing plant a program of works is issued to the master licensee. This creates a timeline for delivery and installation. There are guarantees in place for all events within our control, however events outside our control, such as workers strikes, natural disasters, etc., will result in delays. We have not experienced delays in delivery of plants to date.

 

PRICES OF E-PANEL HOME MANUFACTURING PLANTS INCL. LICENSE FEES:

The complete E-Panel Wall Production Line is EURO 3,950,000 net of all taxes and duties including your license fees of EURO 250,000 for your exclusive territory license.

Exclusive Territory:

150 Miles radius (300 mile circle around factory) or based on one day (driver returns home) delivery. This may be modified due to population densities. Note also that during the development of licensed territories, if there is no licensee nearby, there is no territorial limit. The above price excludes land, 900m2 factory building to house the plant, local services and working capital. All costs become part of a feasibility spreadsheet that demonstrates ROI and actual costs.

21st Equity Homes will supply a specification and requirement for minimum factory structure suitable to house the plant. We will send one of our engineers to supervise and direct the commissioning of the plant. Costs included cover overseas travel and one weeks stay on site. Any additional hotel accommodation, all local transportation and additional expenses are the responsibility of the Master Licensee. Skilled workers, labour, tools, materials, lifting cranes, and whatever is necessary for the installation and commissioning of the plant shall be supplied by the Master Licensee.

The license cost (technology transfer) for any region (ie. Country or other area as defined) is included in the above license fee. Typically 50% on license execution, 50% on plant completion and commissioning. This is offset under a Joint Venture arrangement to be agreed on.

  • Level of automation. Fully automated
  • Staff required to run it. 2 -4 people excluding administration and management
  • Physical size of the plant. 900 m2 of leased warehouse for the machinery required

 

Building Code Approvals:

We have building code approvals for all E-Panels in all European Union Countries including of course the United Kingdom, UAE, Australia, USA, Canada, Africa and Asia.

 

Exclusive License:

The total cost for an exclusive License for a E-Panel Wall Element Plant is EURO 250,000 subject to approval by our board of directors.

21st Equity Homes Manufacturing creates partnerships that will become licensed manufacturers. The factories are very profitable and should offer phenomenal investment returns. Participation in the daily operations is preferred but not required.

21st Equity Homes Manufacturing has licensed the Trade Secrets, formulas, intellectual properties and proprietary information from the Companies founder and will continue to offer sub-licenses to its partners in various locations and territories.

21st Equity Homes Manufacturing provides each of the factories with complete turnkey machinery and equipment packages, training and management assistance. All proprietary materials will be supplied by 21st Equity Homes Manufacturing distribution

Quality Control centers that will be setup in close proximity to each factory. This is a critical quality control point.
