Building System with it's factory based in Manila, Philippines.
Our ability to use imaginative as well as creative financing
solutions, which include Joint Venture Agreements with land
owners including Government Departments, gives us the opportunity
to develop their land with no outgoings or hassle where they
otherwise would not be able to do so. This is a truly powerful

We offer
various Manufacturing Lines under Franchise Agreement as well
as foundations, wall and roof panels, basement wall packages,
insulated rim board and flooring components along with complete
building packages including turn-key "Mall in a Box", Office
in a Box", "Apartment in a Box", Container Homes, as well
as "Villa in a Box" systems delivered worldwide for a fixed
price.

you will find a 'Standard Factory' setup for one of our Building
Systems.
Each factory
can be tailor made based on your annual production capacity
requirements The 'Standard Factory' has a daily production
capacity of 25 houses running on one shift only, which equals
to a output of 650 homes/per month.
This
enables our license partners to manufacture up to 1,300 houses
per month based on two shifts or up to 14,300 homes per year
based on 11 working months!
Plant Specifications:
The Building System is highly compact and simple to run and maintain, requiring only 800 to
1,000 m2 of factory space. Each line is constructed of standard
components utilizing the latest building technology. Key specifications
include:

- capacity 720 m2/per 8 hr. shift

Panels per 8 hr. shift
Panels have a wide range of dimensions:
- width up to 1,220 mm
- length up to 3,000 mm
- thickness 4 up to 12 inches
The standard factory line has a minimum production capacity of 720 sq. mt.
on a single 8 hour shift per day. A plant can be operated
on 2 or 3 shifts per day allowing for production of up to
2,160 square meter
per 24 hour day. This equates up to 12,960 square meter
per 6 days week or up to 596,160 square meter per year
on 46 weeks per working year. The annual production
capacity for this standard Plant is only based on 10 jigs.
Number of jigs can be easily increased to meet whatever annual
production volume is required. This gives our Franchise Partners
the total flexibility for enhancing their factory output without
any major further investments required.
Turnkey Manufacturing Plants can be designed to produce any amount of panels,
which is based on how much factory space you have available.
The leasing of a warehouse is recommend for startup operations
to keep the costs low. We recommend that you expand into your
own factory building and purchase your own land when your
business permits to do so. For a production of up to 600 panels
per day = 2,160 sq. mt. you only need around 800 to 1,000
square meter of factory space incl. storage facilities.
Double
or triple your wall panel productivity
The
most valuable benefits of the wall panel production line are
definitely the increase in efficiency and capacity: production
can be boosted almost threefold, as previously fixed molds
needed to dry before the next batch was started, and now licensees
can manufacture about 600 panels in 24 hours in a space of
roughly 1,000 m2 and work in 2-3 shifts, if necessary. This
gives our license partners the confidence that their home
manufacturing facilities can be run on almost maximum efficiency
and return the capital they have invested within a very short
period.
DELIVERY TIME OF A
TURNKEY HOME MANUFACTURING PLANT
The manufacturing plants can be delivered and commissioned 3 to 12 months
from placement of order. The timing will depend on the location
of your factory building, size of plant and shipping time.
Training and full backup support is included in the technology
transfer and franchise fee. On placement of order for a manufacturing
plant a program of works is issued to the licensee. This creates
a timeline for delivery and installation. There are guarantees
in place for all events within our control, however events
outside our control, such as workers strikes, natural disasters,
etc., will result in delays. We have not experienced delays
in delivery of plants to date.
100% OWNED MANUFACTURING PLANT ESTABLISHMENTS UNDER
FRANCHISE AGREEMENT
We create partnerships that will become licensed manufacturers with 100%
ownership of the Home Manufacturing Plant by the license partner.
The factories are very profitable and should offer phenomenal
investment returns.
21st Equity has licensed the Trade Secrets, formulas, intellectual properties
and proprietary information from the Companies founder and
will continue to offer sub-licenses to its partners in various
locations and territories.
We provide each of the factories with complete turnkey machinery and equipment
packages, training and management assistance. All proprietary
materials will be supplied by us with Quality Control centers
that will be setup in close proximity to each factory. This
is a critical quality control point.
JOINT OWNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES FOR FACTORY
ESTABLISHMENTS UNDER LICENSE AGREEMENT
While the speed of the Home Building System is ideally
suited from low cost to luxury housing or even for highrisers
and emergency reconstruction, the structure of our company

Homes sells home manufacturing facilities and the license
packages at near cost, and provides a license partner to use
our technology in exchange for Joint Venture Ownership in
each factory.
We succeed only if our license partners succeed. This structure allows not only for a local workforce
but also for local ownership of the manufacturing facilities.
