outputs of a PowerConcrete plant per year. The profits of
the factory are shared 50% / 50% with our license partners
and factory co-owners:
THE PRODUCTION
CAPACITY OF A POWERCONCRETE PLANT IS 15,000,000 SQUARE FEET
OF WALL PANELS PER YEAR.
There
are 3 options of creating profits for each PowerConcrete
Plant:
WHAT IS YOUR PROFIT SHARE & RETURN ON INVESTMENT
(ROI) BASED ON THE FACT THAT YOU PAID A ONE-TIME LICENSE PARTNER
FEE OF ONLY $1,000,000 PER POWERCONCRETE PLANT UNDER CO-OWNERSHIP
AGREEMENT OR $2,000,000 UNDER FULL OWNERSHIP:
OPTION
1:
Sale of
the PowerConcrete permanent concrete formwork and the
PowerBoard to developers. The gross profit (before taxes)
per square foot of the PowerConcrete Building System is $2,50
(Two Dollar and Fifty Cents per square foot). Based on 15,000,000
annual production capacity and an assumed sale of 50% = 7,500,000
sq. ft. of the annual production capacity this would be a
gross profit of $18,750,000 (Eighteen Million Seven Hundred
Fifty Thousand USD) divided by two partners = $9,375,000 per
year/per partner. WHAT IS YOUR ROI IN YEAR NO. 1?
OPTION
2:
Manufacture
and sell the companies affordable VILLA
IN A BOX system directly to home buyers with a financing
package attached. The annual plant production capacity of
15,000,000 sq. ft. of permanent PowerConcrete formwork is
equivalent to approx. 4,000 (Four Thousand) Villa in a Box
homes with 2,000 sq. ft. of living area per unit.
The calculated
profit per Villa in a Box is $20,000 per unit sold:

3:
This would
be a combination of option 1 and option 2 and can be tailor
made as per demand in each region where a PowerConcrete Plant
has been established.
