POWERCONCRETE® Building Technologies Inc. has released PowerFoamCrete™ for any type of concrete construction.

PowerFoamCrete™ is a specially modified cellular lightweight POWERCONCRETE® Mix, which is being pumped into a PowerBoard™ Wall Panel. The PowerFoamCrete™ system comes with custom manufactured mobile foam generator and mobile mortar pump to produce an indestructible, fire and water resistant solid partition walling system meeting international standards on acoustics and fire rating.

PowerFoamCrete™ offers 100% customizable as well as non-combustible PowerWall™ solutions from 1,000 PSI non-load bearing to 6,000 PSI load bearing walls.

The PowerFoamCrete™ Building System reduces 40% to 60% on construction and labor costs compared to other conventional, internal walling systems and improves speed and quality in all infill walling applications.

PowerFoamCrete™ gives you an incredible advantage in infill wall applications. Even more cost effective and secure than gypsum dry walling, due to fire ratings up to 4 hours & excellent strength as well as 100% water and mold resistance.

Superior Fire Resistance

POWERCONCRETE® and PowerFoamCrete™ wall panels as well as POWERCONCRETE® Floor Slabs are extremely fire resistant and well suited to applications where fire is a risk. Tests have shown that in addition to prolonged fire protection, the application of intense heat, such as a high energy flame held close to the surface, does not cause the concrete to spall or explode as is the case with normal dense weight concrete. For example foam concrete used in special fire safe vault. Tests show that PowerFoamCrete™ foam concrete with 150 mm width can protect from fire for up to 4 hours.
