German Entrepreneur Steve Schurmann, CEO and his lovely wife
Jubilie lead the global operations of PowerConcrete® Building
Technologies Inc. and 21st Equity Homes Manufacturing

Steve
and Jubilie
founded
21st Equity Homes Manufacturing Inc. in 2006 and became a
global supplier of precast concrete machinery and equipment
from Germany under their own private label as well as official
Mandate Holder & supplier of Portland Cement for clients
around the world.
Steve
began his career in the construction industry many years ago
in Germany where he learned the craft of stonemasonry and
where he learned the techniques of indestructible concrete
construction. His added expertise of more than 15 years in
international banking and being a company formation specialist
for a global client base enables Steve to create financing
and capital solutions for the benefits of his corporate and
Government clients.
During
the last six years of global travels and "ups and downs" as
a broker of high tech machinery and equipment for turnkey
precast concrete plants, Steve spent a substantial amount
of money on research, product and service line developments,
patents and trademark registrations such as
"POWERCEMENT®" for his Portland Cement supply, and "POWERCONCRETE®",
which became the stepping stone for their current company
PowerConcrete®
Building Technologies Inc.
Under
this new brand, Steve and Jubilie established their first
PowerConcrete® manufacturing plant in Alabaster, Alabama,
USA in 2011 and registered four different U.S. Patents for
their PowerConcrete® and PowerBoard™ Building System. At
that time, interest rates were very high, banks were reluctant
to lend home builders any money and construction costs were
escalating rapidly due to inflation and U.S. debt concerns.
Steve founded the firm with the goal of focusing on well planned
and executed projects as well as INTEREST
FREE capital solutions for home buyers.
Using
German construction management processes and engineering as
well as very creative capital solutions, the firm developed
a clientele who appreciated the benefits of good design and
the accelerated construction periods as well as financing
programs that PowerConcrete® construction project management
provided. Controlling cost, time and managing risk became
the trademark of PowerConcrete® Inc. Since then, Steve has
continued to expand the firm's capabilities and capacity,
expanding services, and markets and surrounding himself with

a frequent world traveler (85 countries so far), a water and
snow skier and father of their wonderful 3 year old son SEAN,
Steve enjoys boating, motor bikes, home construction projects
and chasing Sean around the playground as he rides on his
Quad Bike.
As
a loving and responsible father, it is Steve's mission to
teach his son Sean highly ethical and honest behavior based
on Christian principles and the
words of God through Joel Osteen, which are the foundation
to create a great Legacy for Sean and all family members of
our great PowerConcrete® Dream Team.
"Little Sean" (an aspiring entrepreneur) has been
able to join his "Daddy" already in various business
meetings as well as Church presentations, where Steve shared
his vision of helping families in need with low cost affordable
PowerConcrete® homes and interest
free loans without a credit check.

various meetings Steve and his team had with several Pastors,
Church and Community Leaders, confirmed what we all have believed
in our heart from the start; that the calling on our life

Steve has experience in many building systems and gives his
customers tailor made solutions to their challenges. His 15
years of experience in international banking combined with
10 years of experience in the German construction industry
gives Steve invaluable insight in large projects with varying

Technologies Inc. is a "startup" company, Steve
and his "DREAM TEAM" have been able to secure various
Community Development projects and retail projects ranging
from $20 to $100 million in construction costs.

CRUZ - VICE PRESIDENT FOR CALIFORNIA:
Mike
Cruz is the Vice President of our California operations. Mr.
Cruz has more than 22 year's experience in the development
and management of surgery centers and medical facilities.
He
is also the principal of Serenity By The Sea International
Inc., a company specializing in the development of lifestyle
senior housing and assisted living communities, which are
being built with the PowerConcrete
Building System.
Mr.
Cruz believes that strong savings and the indestructible nature

FRUSTERIO - DREAM TEAM BUILDING DESIGNER:
Charles
Frusterio began designing homes at a very young age. After
taking a drafting course in high school, he discovered he
had a natural ability for understanding the art of functional
home design. This resulted in the creation of a home built
from Charles design, for his parents in Titusville, Florida.
Mechanical
and civil engineering at Ohio State University honed his skills
for creating well-built structures. In 1991, Charles moved
to Birmingham, Alabama, where a builder at his church asked
him to design a model home for a new, gated, golf course community
called Greystone.
Word
of mouth fueled his client base, and Charles began building
an impressive portfolio of renovations and custom homes of
various sizes. In
