MEGA FACTORY IN IRAQ

BAGHDAD, IRAQ -- 21st EQUITY HOMES MANUFACTURING INC.

systems aimed at residential, industrial, commercial and affordable
housing, has entered into discussions with several of Iraqs largest construction companies.
SIPs and precast, lightweight
concrete panels are being used in USA, Canada, UK and throughout
the entire European Union and have received the highest building
code approvals. A group of the largest builders in Baghdad, including some major local
bankers have visited the Baghdad office in the last few
days to see the new developments in low-cost, mass-production
technologies developed by 21st
EQUITY HOMES MANUFACTURING. The Citizens of IRAQ have
a need for around 16 million
affordable of immediate houses, according to local Government
Housing Departments.
Joint Venture Agreements
have been signed already and a purchase order for 35,000 affordable
homes from 21st Equitys local partners has been received,
which leads to the establishment of a
Mega Home Manufacturing Plant with a production capacity of
20,000 homes per year. This is to fulfill the supply of 35,000
affordable homes for the first two years of production as
a 1st Pilot Project for Iraq. The volume of the
first transaction for Iraq exceeds $420,000,000 (Four Hundred
and Twenty Million Dollars).
