SYNOPSIS OF A BUSINESS
MEETING AT THE POWERCONCRETE® MANUFACTURING PLANT
IN ALABASTER, ALABAMA, USA – WITNESSED BY MR. MICKEY
TUMLIN, VICE PRESIDENT OF POWERCONCRETE® BUILDING
TECHNOLOGIES INC.
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Today,
12th December 2011, we met with the following
individuals from the African - American Community,
a West Africa University, Mr. Shola, CEO, and Mr.
John, Vice President of Operations, Sales, and Marketing,
Mr. Funsho, Business Development and Marketing Division,
and Ti, an African-American pastor and business consultant.
Our meeting was centered on the discussions of how
PowerConcrete® Inc. could benefit the development
of a major city development in two specific African
Nations and the building of an entire University Campus
in several African Countries.
After the group was able to enjoy a very professional and powerful
PowerConcrete® and PowerBoard product presentation
and factory tour, led by our CEO Steve Schurmann,
John raised the following questions:
How
would a Letter of Finance and how would a Trade
Finance Guarantee work between the two parties
and between the Governments in each particular Nation?
Our CEO Steve Schurmann explained in deep detail how signed papers
and agreements between 2 countries and 2 projects
would be structured, with a 100% security for each
party involved. The Central Bank of each country would
issue a trade finance guarantee on behalf of the Government,
which would then be secured by Exim
Bank in USA on behalf of PowerConcrete® Inc. Mr.
Schurmann also informed all parties in deep details
about the endless possibilities of Government
Leasing Programs as well as our Commercial
Lease to Own Programs, which can be structured
for private-public partnerships across the world.
One project in Africa includes the development of 2,025 housing
units and another project includes 2,500 sustainable
and 100% green PowerConcrete Villa in a Box units.
Discussion was held on how to procure the land from
the Government on a 99 year lease agreement with the
specifics to make such transactions possible. Mr.
Steve Schurmann also explained how two different banks
trade on each party’s behalf to protect each party
with irrevocable trade finance guarantees. Then discussions
were held on individual homes and types of each design
utilizing our PowerConcrete and PowerBoard Building
System and the companies Villa in a Box designs.
The next topic discussed was regarding travel plans to Africa to
consult and work on advising the development of the
city of the African country in question. The time
of travel to Africa was discussed as to occur in early
January 2012 to visit the Ministry of Housing as well
as the Ministers of Economic Development in each Nation.
We further discussed commission establishments for “Manufacturers
Representatives” in each particular country and how
each cooperative would be established and structured
for mutual benefits of each party. Further discussion
was made about a housing project in Texas, USA, which
would as well be built with the PowerConcrete Building
System. John wanted to have a sample contract sent
to his Consulting Firm for examination.
Discussion took place on the following major projects:
- University Development and buildings
for 400 academic staff,
- 1,000 administrative staff, and
- Housing for 1,400-1,800 people
Who are employed by the University with home designs to be 1 &
2 bedrooms, one level homes, 3 & 4 bedrooms, two
level homes. Excellent Student housing needs to be
done in units of 500 per building in a high rise format
structure, and a total rendering to be done for the
entire look and feel of the University to use in promotion
of such.
At the end of our direct business discussion and elaborations,
the dialog shifted to the methodology of how we, PowerConcrete
Inc., did business with regard to possible “kickbacks”,
gifts, etc. Our CEO Steve Schurmann and I both made
it very clear we had already received similar requests
and refused to participate in anything
other than straightforward and honest business transactions,
especially when conducting business on Government
levels.
Upon this discovery and discussion of our business ethics, we then
learned that both Shola and Ti, were ministers/pastors,
and John was a Lay Deacon. With this information being
revealed, a WHOLE NEW LEVEL of transparency and willingness
to be "partners" in business took on a greater
level of eagerness and willingness to make our businesses
flourish and work for all parties involved and adopting
the 'Triple Win' philosophy. The hearts of all men
became more open and trusting to begin our new business
endeavors in a way that would be woven with the highest
levels of integrity in all phases. Much discussion
was made on some simple and complex transactions as
they pertained to the methods and handling of invoices
and the signatures of accountability that we all must
assume and respect.
At the conclusion of our 3 hour meeting,
upon the recommendation of Shola, we stood together
in a circle, held hands and prayed as well we all
listened to the very inspiring and prophetic words
of this man led by God as he blessed our union and
our future.
In his blessing and speaking to God in prayer, he asked for the
blessings of each of us in our businesses and in our
individual lives. He so very eloquently asked God
to bless His Custodian, Steve Schurmann,
and that all our desires would be pure, blessed by
God, and that we all did great things for his Kingdom!
Upon conclusion, we embraced and hugged each other
as brothers and as I turned and noticed the logo of
PowerConcrete, PC, I pointed to the logo and said:
"There is Power in Christ" another
symbolic and real blessing of our company logo, PC.
Everyone
was in awe, as was I. Tears, laughter and joy have been shared throughout the meeting between
all parties, which was the foundation for a business
relationship and an indestructible friendship being
led by a HIGHER POWER.
We know that God blessed this union with our new African-American
brothers and blessed all our business endeavors in
ways that are pleasing to God and not man; but blessing
manhood along the path in ways only God can reveal!
A revelation was made today, December 12, 2011. A
day that will earmark the new beginning of PowerConcrete®
Inc. as a “house hold name” across the world as declared
by Shola and blessed by the Lord!
The meeting we had with the Pastors today, confirmed what I think
we all have believed in our heart from the start;
that the calling on our life and this team is supernatural
and can never be fulfilled by human efforts alone
but by the power of God who is working through us!
As Vice President of PowerConcrete Inc., I can attest that I have
never, ever experienced any “shady” business activities
or even the slightest incorrect “suggestions” of our
CEO, Steve Schurmann. I have been witness in at least
25 different meetings with Government Officials including
City Mayors, Council Members, Economic Development
Departments and Chambers of Commerce and another 30
to 40 private sector meetings with our CEO. I can
honestly say that I have never seen any entrepreneur
more passionate about his business and more committed

have done legal work in the area for intellectual
property for Mr. Schurmann, since August 2009.
Mr.
Schurmann asked me to file two patent applications
in the United States for protecting a Floating Cement
Terminal. Mr. Schurmann was living in Spain at the
time. Last year he moved to Alabaster, Alabama and
started promoting a concrete formwork, which reduces
the cost of building both commercial and residential
buildings.
Mr.
Schurmann asked me to file several US patent applications
and trademark applications to protect the concrete
formwork. In early 2011, Mr. Schurmann was able to
find an improved concrete formwork, superior to the
previous concrete formwork.
The
improved concrete formwork is both fire resistant
and water resistant. The improved concrete formwork
is used to form a concrete structure, which can survive
up to 250mph winds. Mr. Schurmann has been actively
promoting this product. Unfortunately, as a patent
attorney for 17 years, I know it takes time for innovative
products to take a hold in the market. People do not
want to change to a different method.
