Please allow me to introduce myself and my company, I am Graham Rowcliffe, and my company is Graham Rowcliffe LTD based in United Kingdom, I set up my company in September 2008 after resigning from my position as the Managing Director of a company based here in the UK, the reason for my resignation is very simple extreme working hours (70 plus per week) excessive travel often driving over 1500 miles in a week and finally poor salary from the parent European based group.

I decided to move to a new venture of trading commodities and actually started this venture when on garden leave as we call it here in the UK, so the adventure started in June 2008 and I secured my first contract in August 08 this was for 12,500 tons per month into Port of Boma Democratic republic of Congo, I have to say I found this particularly difficult to complete mainly for the reasons stated on your web site, like greedy dealers or intermediaries, poor quality documents coming from potential buyer and buyers insisting on samples of cement etc. the list goes on as I am sure you are aware. Having completed one deal I have decided I need to find a seller or mandate holder I can work closely with to convert the sales inquiries I get into orders as quickly and easily as possible and of course in turn generate revenue for my company and keep the family table full, I fully understand the meaning of greedy dealers and I do not enter into this myself I am happy with whatever I can get per MT and as you rightly say $1, 00 per MT on a 20 million ton order even split 6 ways is better than nothing and still a lot of money for a relatively little work!

To cut to the point, is it possible to become an agent for your company or is there a way we can work together to a mutually beneficial end to increase our revenues on both sides of the Atlantic, over the next three weeks I expect to receive around 4 LOI,s for various amounts of 42.5 into various ports around the world and I would very much like to forward one or some of these to your company to see if we are able to work together to build a mutual understanding and long term relationship, perhaps I can ask you to be kind enough to respond to this mail and advise me how or if there is a possibility to move forward together and build a mutually beneficial partnership.

This is Kamuru Eric from Kampala Uganda, I am a Civil Engineer by profession, I was simply blown away by your Business System i.e. 21st .Equity House in a Box. For an Engineer I Simply marveled at the whole set up and being able to buy a house off shelf!

Thats even more impressive, my reasons for saying this being as follow; 1- Two years ago as Student at the university I came up with ideas on prefabricated construction in order to increase productivity and cut down on project duration (lifecycle) of conventional construction systems. 2- Amidst of all this, I took part in a business ideas competition entitled show me the money challenge which run Nationwide. And my idea was to provide Alternative Housing Units thus prefabricated housing units for both offices and accommodation.

I must confess that your proposal literally blew me away and I was for a moment at a loss for words (it was totally unexpected). I am in total agreement with your proposal and the need for an automated Mega factory in Kenya which would then supply to all the homes/projects at factory cost price.

I have also read the brochures and am now fully cognizant of the profit margins involved. :Indeed buying all your wall panel products from your own factory makes the most sense in the long run. Kindly send the Official Letter of Commitment(OLC) in which you guarantee the factory establishment, the 50% shareholding and ownership for us in the factory etc. Also in the OLC kindly mention the proposal to provide for the end buyer of our low cost houses great financial programs such as Lease to Own, should they not qualify for a bank loan, or we would provide financial guarantees to the local lending institution, guaranteeing that we purchase the house back when the buyer would default, plus Cash Back Rewards and incentives offering the buyer up to 50% Cash Back of his purchase price within 25 years, guaranteed by a local Bank and Insurance Company, which makes it a WIN/WIN/WIN for everybody involved.

Your proposal makes a lot of sense and the fact that we share the factory with you is the strongest benefit which no other developer or manufacturer would never offer us. I can clearly comprehend the great benefits that will accrue from our long term collaboration.
