What is NOT included in our turnkey prices:

Hiring of equipment needed at site i.e. crane, scaffolds etc.

Concrete Foundation work. When concrete foundations are being used, the work needs to be outsourced to a local service provider. When SIP's and/or E-Panels are being used for foundations, we can include them into our quotation.
